Inspection priorities

Move quality control to the Zebra printer exit

A reliable printer still needs an independent check that each variable label is readable, complete and matched to the production requirement.

01

Small and variable labels

Inspect compact content and rapidly changing serial data from the first printed label.

02

Print and data errors

Detect missing print, blemishes, OCR differences, duplicate codes and data mismatches.

03

RFID agreement

Compare visible identifiers with encoded EPC values on supported RFID configurations.

A verified inspection path for Zebra production

  • Non-invasive installationInstall BLC at the label exit without replacing original Zebra printer components.
  • Printer and line integrationUse printer pause, alarms and configurable I/O or production-system integration.
  • Full-content inspectionCombine barcode grading and decoding with OCR/OCV, template and variable-data rules.
  • Accessory continuityContinue using supported cutter, peeler, rewinder and RFID functions.
Verified compatibility

Verified Zebra printer installations

BLC has been physically installed and validated on the models below. Application review confirms the module, resolution and workflow for each label.

What remains available after integration

  • BLC is installed at the printer label exit and inspects from the first printed label.
  • The printer retains its supported cutter, peeler and rewinder workflows after integration.
  • The inspection path supports the same maximum label width as the verified base printer.
  • RFID print-and-encode workflows can add visible-content and EPC data cross-checking.

Brand relationship: BLC is an authorised compatible solution with permission to reference the printer brand in solution communications, brand events, trade shows and joint demonstrations.

Application fit

Designed around your label and printer

BLC integrates at the label exit of verified Zebra, SATO, TSC, Epson, Honeywell and Printronix industrial printers. The inspection module does not reduce the printer's supported label width and preserves supported cutter, peeler, rewinder and RFID workflows.

Does BLC modify the Zebra printer?

BLC is installed at the label exit and does not replace original printer components. The verified configuration preserves the applicable Zebra printer workflow.

Which Zebra models have verified installations?

Verified models include ZT61A, ZT610, ZT610 RFID, ZT510, ZT411, ZT200 Series, 110Xi4, ZE511 and ZT411 RFID.

Can the system inspect RFID labels?

Yes. On the applicable Zebra RFID configuration, BLC can compare visible printed content with encoded EPC data.

Can it work with cutter, peeler or rewinder modes?

Yes. Where the base printer supports those accessories, the BLC integration is designed to preserve the workflow.
