Battery, solar & new energy

Battery & solar label inspection system for production traceability

Inspect codes, serial numbers, dates, ratings, safety content and RFID data on every printed label used across battery, module and energy-equipment production.

  • Verify serialised product and component identifiers
  • Inspect rating, date, safety and traceability content
  • Compare printed data with production databases and RFID EPC

Inspection priorities

Keep identification consistent through long production chains

Battery and solar manufacturing depend on traceable identifiers across cells, packs, modules and finished equipment. One wrong or duplicated label can break that chain.

01

Traceability gaps

Detect missing, duplicated or out-of-range production identifiers.

02

Ratings and safety text

Inspect defined OCR/OCV fields and fixed warning content.

03

Print versus system data

Compare label values with the expected database record or RFID EPC.

Inline traceability inspection in battery and new energy manufacturing
One inspection workflow

Verify every layer of production identification

  • Serial and database comparisonCheck identifiers against range, sequence, uniqueness and external job data.
  • Barcode and OCR inspectionVerify encoded data together with visible serial, date and rating fields.
  • Template inspectionMonitor fixed symbols, safety warnings and product-variant content.
  • RFID cross-checkingCompare visible label areas with EPC data when RFID is part of the process.
Application fit

Designed around your label and printer

BLC integrates at the label exit of verified Zebra, SATO, TSC, Epson, Honeywell and Printronix industrial printers. The inspection module does not reduce the printer's supported label width and preserves supported cutter, peeler, rewinder and RFID workflows.

Can BLC compare labels with production data?

Yes. Database comparison can check expected values, serial ranges and other job rules. Integration scope is defined for each project.

Can it inspect both barcode and printed serial number?

Yes. Code decoding and OCR/OCV can be configured in the same inspection template.

Can it detect the wrong product variant?

Template and data checks can verify defined model, rating and fixed-content regions.

Can it inspect RFID labels?

Yes, with the applicable RFID setup BLC can compare visible information with encoded EPC data.
