BLC integrates at the label exit of verified Zebra, SATO, TSC, Epson, Honeywell and Printronix industrial printers. The inspection module does not reduce the printer's supported label width and preserves supported cutter, peeler, rewinder and RFID workflows.

Can BLC inspect every label?

BLC is designed for 100% inline inspection as labels are printed. Application speed and resolution are confirmed against your label sample and printer.

Does it replace printer parts?

The non-invasive design does not replace original printer components. Integration details depend on the supported printer model.

Can it inspect RFID labels?

Yes. BLC can compare visible printed information with encoded RFID EPC data when the RFID configuration is included.

How do we confirm suitability?

Send the printer model, label dimensions, speed and representative artwork. We will map inspection points before proposing the configuration.
