Unreadable codes
Check barcode readability and grade before a label reaches packing or shipping.
BLC inspects every label as it is printed—checking codes, text, graphics, variable data and RFID against your production requirements.
Tell us about your printer and label. We will review the inspection points with you.
Manual sampling can miss intermittent defects and variable-data mistakes. Inline inspection links every printed label to a repeatable verification workflow.
Check barcode readability and grade before a label reaches packing or shipping.
Compare serial numbers, dates, ranges and database values for each label.
Verify visible label content against encoded EPC data in the same workflow.

BLC integrates at the label exit of verified Zebra, SATO, TSC, Epson, Honeywell and Printronix industrial printers. The inspection module does not reduce the printer's supported label width and preserves supported cutter, peeler, rewinder and RFID workflows.
BLC is designed for 100% inline inspection as labels are printed. Application speed and resolution are confirmed against your label sample and printer.
The non-invasive design does not replace original printer components. Integration details depend on the supported printer model.
Yes. BLC can compare visible printed information with encoded RFID EPC data when the RFID configuration is included.
Send the printer model, label dimensions, speed and representative artwork. We will map inspection points before proposing the configuration.
Upload a representative label in our Visual BLC Requirement Analyzer or discuss the production line directly with our team.
