Implemented solution

BLC B412 + RFID Inspection Kit with Zebra ZT411 RFID

Foxconn selected BLC B412-ZT411 with the BLC RFID Inspection Kit. The integrated module captures the printed label and reads the encoded chip in the same label path.

Print and RFID in one pass

The camera and RFID antenna inspect the same label at the printer exit.

Visible defect detection

Rules identify blurred text, misplaced barcodes, torn labels and other defined visual defects.

RFID data checks

Duplicate, serial-number and master-data rules can be applied to encoded EPC values.
