— About BLC
Industrial label inspection built for production
Shanghai Richvoice Technology Co., Limited was founded in 2007 and develops the BLC Label Print Quality Inspection System. BLC inspects every label as it leaves the printer, helping manufacturers prevent unreadable codes, incorrect data, print defects and mismatched RFID content from entering production or the supply chain.
Our systems combine 1:1 CIS imaging, barcode verification, OCR/OCV, artwork comparison, serial-data checks and optional RFID verification. They integrate at the label outlet without destructive printer modification and continue to support cutter, peel, rewind and RFID workflows.
We work with pharmaceutical and medical-device, electronics and semiconductor, battery and new-energy, automotive and component manufacturers. BLC solutions are available for industrial printers from Zebra, SATO, TSC, Printronix, Epson and Honeywell.
Our application engineers support each project from requirement clarification and label evaluation through configuration, integration, training and after-sales service. Customers who are not yet sure how to describe an inspection requirement can use VBRA to define it step by step.

Find out moreBLC supports verified configurations for Zebra, SATO, TSC and Printronix, Epson and Honeywell industrial printers. The inspection system is installed at the label outlet and can retain the printer's supported cutter, peel, rewind and RFID functions. See the Printer page for current models.
BLC can pause the printer, activate an alarm light, display the failed inspection on screen and exchange signals with a PLC or other automation equipment. The response is configured for the production process and traceability requirements.
Share the printer model, label dimensions, sample artwork, required barcode or OCR checks, line speed and rejection workflow. If the requirement is not yet clear, VBRA guides you through these decisions and submits the result for an engineer review.
